At Naifur Designs, all furniture orders are custom-made to order and production begins based on the specifications confirmed by the customer.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted, and deposits/payments made are non-refundable.
Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully confirm all product specifications, including design, size, fabric, colour, and other custom requirements before placing an order.
By confirming an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Naifur Designs’ No Cancellation and No Refund Policy. This also applies to ready-made orders.

Scope & Purpose of Policy
This Policy applies to furniture purchased from Naifur Designs, including custom-made furniture, made-to-order furniture, ready-to-order furniture, and related delivery services.
Effective Date: 25 August 2026. Different rules apply depending on whether the furniture is custom-made, made-to-order, or ready-to-order.

Custom-Made Furniture & Change of Mind
Naifur Designs manufactures many products specifically according to individual customer specifications (dimensions, fabric, colour, wood finish, configuration).
Because custom furniture is produced specifically for a customer and cannot be readily resold, a customer may not automatically return or cancel the order simply because they have changed their mind after production has commenced, subject to mandatory Kenyan consumer law.

Customer Approval Prior to Production
Before production begins, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving product design, measurements, fabric type, colour, configuration, and price. Approval may be confirmed via WhatsApp, signed quotation, email, or deposit payment.

No Cancellation Once Order is Placed
At Naifur Designs, all furniture orders are custom-made to order and production begins based on the specifications confirmed by the customer. Once an order has been confirmed and payment or deposit made, cancellations are not permitted, and deposits/payments made are non-refundable.

Customer Specification Confirmation
Customers are required to carefully review and confirm all details, including design, measurements, fabric, colour, and other specifications, before placing an order.

Ready-Made & Catalog Products
Our strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy also applies to ready-made and catalog orders once confirmed and paid.

Products with a Manufacturing Defect
Where furniture develops a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, the matter is handled under the Naifur Designs Warranty Policy through repair, component replacement, or rectification.

Non-Conforming Products & Delivery Inspection
If Naifur Designs supplies furniture with an issue, customers must inspect upon delivery and record any issues on the Delivery Note immediately before the delivery team leaves the premises.

Repairs and Rectification
Where a furniture issue can reasonably be rectified, Naifur Designs will offer repair or component rectification as the remedy in accordance with our Warranty terms.

Strict No Refund Policy
Naifur Designs operates a strict No Refund Policy. All furniture orders are custom-made based on the customer’s confirmed specifications. Once an order has been confirmed and payment made, payments and deposits are non-refundable.

State clearly: "RETURN / REFUND REQUEST", including full customer name, order/invoice number, product details, and clear photographs or videos.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under Kenyan law.
Submitting a Return or Warranty Request
If your delivered item has an issue, please send photos and your order invoice number to our customer care team on WhatsApp or email. Our team will review the claim and arrange a workshop solution promptly.
